Status shows the state in which the Service currently is.
Status can be changed multiple times during the lifetime of the Service, to reflect current Service progress.
It is not mandatory to use all states below. Pick only the ones that are relevant to you. If you need some other status Contact Us and we will add it for you.
Waiting - NEW - A NEW service is auto-imported from Insurer e-mail. - Accepted for work, and needs to contact Client for details, setting a Diagnose Visit, etc.
Waiting for contact - PARTS - Parts have arrived. Service needs contact with Client for Completion Visit appointment.
Waiting for diagnose - Waiting for Diagnose Visit to be made to Clients home address.
Waiting for authorization
Waiting for authorization - Waiting for contacting Insurer for approval. Usually if needed parts are expensive.
This status can be used for example when authorizing via Insurer on-line form.
Waiting for approval - Insurer has been contacted. Waiting for a "green light" from it.
Waiting for parts purchase
Waiting for parts purchase - Needed parts are known and waiting to be ordered/purchased. Usually after Diagnose Visit.
Waiting for parts - Needed parts are ordered/purchased and waiting to be delivered.
Waiting for finish - Completion Visit is already appointed with the Client and waiting to be made.
Waiting for invoice - Invoice issuing is pending.
Waiting for report - Service has been completed. Insurer Report is pending.
Waiting - OFFENDER - NEW service is auto-imported from Insurer e-mail, but its Client is OFFENDER. Waiting for cancel or acceptance.
Waiting - OPTION - Insurer has some decision to make, and needs to callback when ready.
Waiting - FOLLOW UP - Needed contact with the Client with some request or make him an offer. This is not to make appointments.
Waiting for cancel - Cancellation has been received from Insurer e-mail.
Completed - Service is completed. No other pending actions follow.
Completed - Replaced
Completed - Replaced - Service is completed with Appliance replaced. No other pending actions follow.
Completed - Unrepairable
Completed - Unrepairable - Service is completed with Appliance being Unrepairable. No other pending actions follow.
Completed - Unpaid - Service is completed. Needs to be paid.
Canceled - Service is canceled. No other pending actions follow.
Denied - Service is denied by Insurer. No other pending actions follow.
Transfer - Our
Transfer - Our - Your company has rejected the service, and Insurer has to transfer it to someone else.
Transfer - Insurer
Transfer - Insurer - Insurer has purposely transfered the service to someone else.
