Overview
Photos saves pictures about the conditions you need to work in.
They are useful for future references or Insurer evidence.
Photos can be attached only to Visit, however they are visible in Service that owns the Visit as well.
Attaching photos only to visits, is because usually photos are made at actual Client location.
Photos in Service

- Visit that photos below are attached to. Clicking on this button will open the visit.
- Photo image itself. Clicking on the photo will open it in Fullscreen
- Author of the photo, creation date and notes.
- Selection box that is used to select multiple photos for deletion.
- Details button that will open details information. See below.
- Delete button that will delete selected photos.
Photos in Visit
All options from Photos in Service regarding viewing the photos are the same here. Only Adding Photo will be described below.

- Add is a button that will display image open dialog on your computer, or will present you a dialog for image capture on your phone.
- Photo review of the image about to be added to Visit.
- Appliance image is assigned to. Optional
- Notes for this image. Optional
- Retention period. Can be:
- UNTIL [some date] in the future. After this date, they will be automatically deleted. This is used for data usage conservation. Usually photos will be needed in next couple of months, in case of dispute arises.
- FOREVER - photo will not be deleted automatically.
- Size optimization is needed in case high detail photo is uploaded. Usually high details are not needed, and this is used for data usage conservation.
- OPTIMIZED - will make detail reduction of the photo.
- ORIGINAL SIZE - will keep original size of the photo, in case of some little details are needed.
- Discards the photo about to be added. Probably picture is out of focus, etc.
- Saves the photo into the system, and assigns it to Visit.
